DAY HIKING
Getting out and experiencing a new location under the power of your own two feet is always a great option. Hiking allows you to slow down and enjoy more aspects of your surroundings. Day hikes are a good option for most anyone that loves the outdoors. If you are more adventurous and have the proper equipment, you can extend your day hike into a backpacking trip. Backpacking allows you to stay out in nature longer and see more things than you would on a normal day hike. It is important to have the proper survival knowledge and gear. If you haven't backpacked before, make sure that you go with someone knowledgeable that will show you the proper backpacking techniques.
MARBLE BATH OVERNIGHT HIKE (DRAKENSBERG)

This hike ends at the most magnificent natural swimming pool in the foothills of Northern Drakensberg.
The hike is ideal for beginners and families as well as for those wanting a Drakensberg Hiking Experience. Each day we trek for 4 hours which allows you to explore and enjoy the magnificent views of the mountains. 2 Days of hiking, perfect for those who don’t have time for an extended hike.
Summer is the perfect season for this hike as we camp in the cave right next to the marble pool…it even has a natural slide.
MNWENI 3 DAY HIKE
A very interesting hike which is guided by the locals. The hike starts at the Mnweni Cultural Village.
Enjoy fascinating facts and tales of the area including how the Basotho people transport cannabis (Dagga) from Lesotho across the mountains using donkey’s.
The guides love showing off their homes to the hikers and they have magnificent views.
As we leave the village, we head to the mountains to experience the best hike in South Africa.
CAMPING
Camping is an outdoor activity that involves staying the night/more than one night in a protective shelter out in nature. Camping is a broad term but in its essence, camping is a way of getting away from the hassle of urban life, to a more natural environment for a limited time.
